Due to staff availability, please plan to visit during Office Hours. Office Hours are for short visits under 10 minutes on a first come, first served basis. If more time is needed for non-Welcome Pantry business, please request an appointment. Outside of our regular Office Hours, a staff member may not be available to help you.
Our offices are in the old Streaters' Building. Our front door faces 1st Avenue. You'll see the United Way of Freeborn County sign at the top of the stairs. There is also a wooden accessible ramp from the parking lot to the front door.
During office hours, please ring the doorbell if the door is locked. Staff may be in the backstock room or unloading a delivery truck. The doorbell is on the left side of the door above our white drop box.
