CHIME Collective

What is CHIME?

CHIME Collective is a monthly learning and leadership series designed to spark growth, connection, and collaboration among nonprofit and community leaders. Each session draws from the CHIME framework - five guiding principles that inspire meaningful action and sustainable impact.

The CHIME Framework

Change the Game: We believe progress requires courage and creativity. Leaders are called to challenge the current model, examine their programs, assess their own organizations, and be willing to embrace change.

Honor Diversity: Inclusive leadership means celebrating differences, amplifying underrepresented voices and inviting them to the table.

Inspire Vision: Effective leaders spark possibility. We focus on helping others see the bigger picture, rally around shared goals, and stay motivated for the long term.

Model Integrity: Leadership is not just about words, but about consistent actions. Integrity builds trust, and trust creates resilient teams, resilient nonprofits, and resilient communities.

Encourage Balance: Sustainable leadership requires balance - between vision and action, work and rest, self and community. We encourage practices that support both well-being and effectiveness. This balance is found both in personal habits and in active organizational policies.

Why CHIME Matters

The CHIME Collective offers practical tools, peer connection, and inspiration to strengthen leadership capacity across our community. Together, we can cultivate nonprofits who are resilient, inclusive, and ready to meet today's challenges with creativity and integrity.
