Office Hours are for short visits under 10 minutes on a first come, first served basis.
Office Hours will not be offered when Albert Lea Schools are not in session. If Office Hours are cancelled due to weather or staff availability, the cancellation will be announced on our Facebook page.

Our offices are in the old Streaters' Building. Our front door faces 1st Avenue. You'll see the United Way of Freeborn County sign at the top of the stairs. There is also a wooden accessible ramp from the parking lot to the front door.
During office hours, please ring the doorbell if the door is locked. Staff may be in the backstock room or unloading a delivery truck. The doorbell is on the left side of the door above our white drop box.
