The United Way of Freeborn County will be sharing about work in which we are actively engaging and organizations with which we are partnering.
The last time I wrote for this column, you might remember I was lamenting how difficult it was for me to love all of my neighbors like Jesus commands us to do. Thankfully through prayer and attention on it, I've been able to make headway in the right direction.
However, a new challenge has grown — I can love someone I don't agree with, but how do I have a decent conversation with them when we are on opposite sides of an issue.
