Our Community Needs page is for direct referrals from area social workers, human service providers, and case managers. United Way collaborates with agencies such as school districts, Public Health, Workforce Development, and more to assist families with families with basic items such as winter gear, clothing, hygiene, or small household items.

Family Identifier

Please create a unique identifier for the family you are referring. It can be a series of letters, numbers, or some other signifier you'd prefer. We will use the identifier you assign every time we contact you regarding your request for the family.

Please make a new request for each individual family rather than listing several families on one referral.
