Erin Haag
Erin joined the United Way of Freeborn County team in April of 2019 as the Executive Director. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Rosemary Gustin
Rosemary joined the United Way of Freeborn County team in July of 2023 as an Operations Support Staff. Her family relocated from Kansas City, Missouri in the fall of 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her five kids, her husband, and her dogs and cats. She also enjoys photography, reading, writing, designing spaces in her home, and any and all sorts of art projects.
Daylynn Alm
Daylynn started with United Way on April 2024. She was born and raised here in Albert Lea. Daylynn is the mother of 2 daughters and is the proud grandma of a 5 year old granddaughter. For fun, Daylynn enjoys time with her family and spoiling her granddaughter. She also enjoys travelling, concerts, area festivals, movies, baking, and spending time with her friends and significant other.

Interested in joining the board?
In 2024 BOD meetings are each month from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. on select dates for October-December.
Beginning 2025, BOD will meet quarterly.
All BOD members are asked to engage monthly.
Meetings are In-Person at the United Way office. Alternatively, meetings are hosted via Zoom when there are COVID or weather related concerns.
BOD Terms are 3 year terms, following the calendar year.
Example: January 2022-Decmember 2022
January 2023-December 2023
January 2024-December 2024
END OF TERM.
BOD members are invited to repeat a second term.
Time commitment is approximately 1.5 hours a month for meeting attendance.
Additional hours as scheduled for committee work or volunteering.
