Nikolle Guion
Nikolle joined the United Way of Freeborn County team in November of 2020 as a Community Resource Specialist. She is a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for helping others. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four sons and adorable grandbaby. She also enjoys any opportunity to be creative.
Rosemary Gustin
Rosemary joined the United Way of Freeborn County team in July of 2023 as an Operations Support Staff. Her family relocated from Kansas City, Missouri in the fall of 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her five kids, her husband, and her dogs and cats. She also enjoys photography, reading, writing, designing spaces in her home, and any and all sorts of art projects.

Interested in joining the board?
Now accepting applications for Board Members to start in January of 2023.
BOD meetings are on the last Thursday of odd number months from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.
All BOD members are asked to join a committee, which meets on months opposite of the BOD meetings (even months).
Meetings are via Zoom, In person or a hybrid contingent on COVID safety.
BOD Terms are 3 year terms, following the calendar year.
Example: January 2022-Decmember 2022
January 2023-December 2023
January 2024-December 2024
END OF TERM.
BOD members are invited to repeat a second term.
Time commitment is approximately 1.5 hours a month for meeting attendance.
Additional hours as scheduled for committee work or volunteering.
