What We Do

The Community Healthcare Collaborative works to address the needs of our entire community to create a  healthier and more vibrant Freeborn County

Community Health Care Collaborative 

The Community Health Care Collaborative is a multi-sector committee of nonprofit, government, education, and business leaders are experts in and/or are passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of the Freeborn County.

The collaborative is still creating their 2022 reworked strategy guide which will lead the initiatives in our community to bring successful results to their agreed-upon specific outcome targets.
